Jñāna (Sanskrit; Pali: ñāṇa) or gyan is a term for "knowledge" in Indian philosophy and religion. The idea of jnana centers on a cognitive event which is recognized when experienced. It is knowledge inseparable from the total experience of reality, 

Whether it's through a yoga certification, private coaching, or mentoring, there are many ways you can study with me more intensively than at regular yoga/movement classes.

I'll be lead instructor for Usha Veda Yoga's teacher trainings in collaboration with Erika Meiehel, Christina Mattus, and more. We now offer both a 200 and a 300 hours training and both programs will run monthly on weekends October 2019-May 2020.

private sessions

Private sessions are available for Yoga Asana, Pranayama, Trauma Release exercises, and functional movement. I travel to you, you can travel to my house, or we can meet at a studio (rental will be your responsibility)

If you obtain your certification (with me or not) but still have questions, consider spending some time in a private mentorship program. Each program is tailored to your needs: teaching a group class, adjusting student, incorporating philosophy in your practice, trauma sensitive yoga...
