I'll be lead instructor for Usha Veda Yoga's teacher training in collaboration with Erika Miehel, Christina Mattus, Rebekah Nagy, and Saskia Thode. The program will run on weekends October 2018-April 2019.
Private sessions are available for Yoga Asana, Pranayama, Trauma Release exercises, and functional movement. I travel to you, you can travel to my house, or we can meet at a studio (rental will be your responsibility)
